People looking for a practitioner are often in pain. They want to know whether you can help with exactly what they are struggling with, how soon they can be seen, and what it costs. A good clinic website answers that, calmly and without big promises.

Sober, factual and easy to understand
Section 13 of the Norwegian Health Personnel Act says that marketing of health care must be sound, sober and factual. That fits what patients want anyway. No "revolutionary methods" or guarantees that the pain will go away, but an honest description of what you treat and how you work.
We write the texts together with you, and we stick to what you can stand behind. If you are unsure whether a phrase is acceptable, you decide. You know the profession and the rules that apply to it.

What you treat
Back, neck, shoulder, sports injuries, pregnancy. One page per area makes it easier to be found by people searching for exactly that.
Who the practitioners are
Name, photo, training and what each of them specialises in.
Prices and reimbursement
What an appointment costs, and whether you have an agreement with the municipality. It is one of the first questions patients have.
Referral or not
Say clearly whether patients need a referral to see you, and what applies to reimbursement.
Accessibility
Lift, step-free entrance and parking near the door. For some patients that decides whether they can come at all.
What the first visit involves
How long it is, what happens and what to wear. It takes away a lot of uncertainty.
Booking on the clinic's own site
Our booking system is built in on your domain. The patient picks a treatment, a practitioner and a free slot, and the slot is held while they enter their contact details. A confirmation and a cancellation link arrive by email.
You manage treatment types with duration and price, who does what, working hours, holidays and public holidays in a separate panel with two-factor sign-in. The bookings go into a database that belongs to the clinic alone.
The system is for booking appointments. It is not a patient record system, and it is not made to receive health information. If you use a record system with its own diary and online booking, it may be better to link to that, so you do not end up with two diaries.
Not included today: SMS reminders and advance payment. Confirmations go by email.

We write drafts and build the structure, but you approve everything said about the treatments. You know the profession and the rules on marketing health care.
