Most people who visit a salon's website want to do one of two things: see what it costs, or book an appointment. The site we make for you makes both easy, and the booking happens on your site, not on another platform.

What your customers are looking for
People find their hairdresser in two ways. Either someone recommends you and they search for the name. Or they search for "hairdresser" plus the place name and compare what comes up. Either way they are on a phone, and they are not very patient.
What they need to see is not a long text about a passion for hair. It is the price list, who works there, where the salon is, and a button that says "Book now". Photos of your own work count for more than stock photos of smiling models. If you have your own photos, we use them. If you do not, a few is better than borrowed ones.
How we would build the site
The starting point. It changes with what your salon needs.
A front page that answers straight away
Address, opening hours and "Book now" visible without scrolling.
The price list as text
Not a PDF or a photo of a poster. Text reads well on a phone, and Google can read it.
The stylists
Name, photo and what each of them is good at. Many customers want to book a specific person.
Your own work
A small gallery of your own photos, perhaps from the Instagram account you already have.
Finding you
Address, parking, public transport and whether there are steps at the entrance.
Cancellation rules
If they are on the website, you avoid the discussion at the till.
The online booking
We have built our own booking system, and it can be built into your website. It lives on your domain, under /bestill, so the customer stays on your site the whole way.
For the customer it works like this: they pick a treatment, pick a stylist or "anyone", pick a day and a free slot. The slot is held for them for a few minutes while they enter their name and contact details. Then they get a confirmation by email with a link they can use if they need to cancel.
You log in to a separate panel, with two-factor sign-in, and manage treatments with duration and price, who does what, opening hours, working hours, holidays and public holidays. New bookings show up in the schedule straight away, and you get an email alert.
What the system does not do today: it does not send SMS reminders, and it does not take payment in advance. If you need that, one of the big booking platforms is probably a better choice, and we will link to it from the website instead.
Why not just use a booking platform?
It can be a good choice, especially if you want SMS and payments. What you give up is that the customer lands on a page where other salons are shown too, and that the customer list sits with the platform.
With booking on your own site, it is your name the customer sees the whole way, and the customer data sits in a separate database that belongs to the salon alone.

Can you make a hairdresser website with online booking?
Yes. We have our own booking system that is built in on your domain. Customers pick a treatment, a stylist and a free slot, and get a confirmation by email.
Can customers choose their stylist?
Yes. They can choose a specific stylist or "anyone", and the system only shows times when the person chosen is actually working and can do that treatment.
Does the system send SMS reminders?
No, not today. Confirmations and cancellations go by email. If SMS reminders matter to you, we would rather say so plainly and recommend a platform that has them.
How much does a hairdresser website cost?
From NOK 1,490 a month excl. VAT for the website itself. What the booking adds is agreed with you before we start. There is no setup fee.
Can you use our Instagram photos?
Yes, as long as they are your own photos. Send them to us, or give us permission to take them from the account.
