This policy covers the personal data Trond Grefsrud processes about you as a customer or prospective customer when you visit the sales site and register for a hand-built website. For personal data on your own website you are the data controller yourself — that is covered by a separate policy and data processing agreement.

2. What data we process
- Contact and company details you provide at registration: company name, org. no., contact person, email, phone and billing address.
- Consent records: which version of the terms and privacy policy you accepted, with time, IP address and browser — stored as documentation that you requested the service.
- Subscription and billing data: your subscription, payment history and invoices. Payment is by invoice — we do not ask for or store card details.
- Technical logs during use (e.g. IP address and time) for security and troubleshooting.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to enter into and fulfil the agreement with you (deliver and operate the website, invoice and provide support) — the legal basis is contract. We also process data to comply with legal obligations, such as retaining accounting records, and for legitimate interests such as security and abuse prevention.
4. Processors and sharing
We never sell your data. We use selected data processors to deliver the service, including for email delivery of invoices and notifications. Data is otherwise only disclosed when we are legally required to.
5. Retention
We keep the data for as long as you are a customer and as long as necessary for the purposes above. Accounting records such as invoices are kept for as long as the Bookkeeping Act requires (currently 5 years). Account data is deleted or anonymised after the customer relationship ends, except what we are required to retain.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, as well as restriction and data portability within the limits of the law. Contact us and we will help you. personvern@webleasing.no
7. Complaints
If you believe we process your personal data in breach of the rules, you may complain to Datatilsynet.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. On material changes we increase the version number shown at the top.
